Transform Your Quality Control with AI-Driven Visual Inspection Technology
In today's precision-driven manufacturing environment, visual inspection can no longer rely solely on human eyesight. Variability, fatigue, and inconsistency often lead to escaped defects, rework costs, and compromised product quality. Our Vision Inspection Machine represents a breakthrough in automated quality assurance, combining advanced AI deep learning with high-speed optical inspection to deliver reliable, consistent, and scalable visual inspection for carrier tape and electronic components. This system is designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern manufacturing, providing a fully automated visual inspection solution that enhances quality while reducing operational costs.
High-Speed, High-Precision Inspection Capabilities
Engineered for efficiency without compromise, our vision inspection system achieves inspection rates of up to 12,000 units per hour with a remarkable ±10% consistency. Supporting carrier tape widths from 8mm to 44mm, the machine adapts to a wide range of component types and packaging formats. The compact footprint—measuring just 1.95m (L) x 0.66m (W) x 1.47m (H)—ensures easy integration into existing production lines, while the built-in network connectivity enables seamless data upload and integration with factory management systems.

Vision System: AI Deep Learning System
Multi-Modal Defect Detection for Comprehensive Quality Assurance
Our system employs multiple defect detection methodologies to identify various imperfection types. From spotting stains, blemishes, and discolorations to detecting missing components or surface irregularities through binary image analysis, the machine provides a comprehensive visual inspection solution that addresses both macro and micro defects. The visual counting function further extends its utility by detecting and counting blob-like objects with similar color characteristics, ideal for components with unstable shapes but consistent coloration.

Key Vision System Functions:
1. Self-Learning Mode for OK/NG Judgment:
This tool learns the characteristics of good products via image sensors and identifies items that deviate as defective. It effectively accounts for natural variations among acceptable products, offering high convenience and accuracy.
2. Geometric Dimension Measurement Tool:
This toolset includes 14 specialized tools for measuring geometry. It can detect lines, circles, calculate distances or angles, and perform calculations based on identified points, lines, or circles.
3. Barcode Recognition:
Reads and decodes barcode information within the inspection area. Besides outputting the read data externally, it can verify the content against pre-registered data (e.g., calendar, serial numbers) for pass/fail judgment. It also supports detection based on multiple predefined conditions.
4. QR Code Recognition:
Reads and decodes QR code information within the inspection area. Similar to barcode recognition, it outputs data and performs pass/fail checks against pre-registered or variable content (calendar, serial numbers, etc.), supporting multiple verification criteria.
5.1 Defect Detection (Part 1):
Detects spots, stains, and blemishes on products. It quantifies and outputs the size/amount of detected defects. Applicable for detecting flaws based on area, volume, and location.
5.2 Defect Detection (Part 2):
After binarizing (grayscale converting) the image, the area of "black" or "white" is detected. This tool is suitable for detecting stains or deficiencies on a single-color surface based on area measurement.
6. Defect Detection (Part 2 - Binary Image Analysis):
Converts the image to binary (black and white) and measures the area of "black" or "white" regions. This tool is ideal for detecting stains or missing parts on monochrome surfaces based on area.
7. Visual Counting:
Detects and counts blob-like objects that share a similar color. Suitable for objects with unstable shapes or orientations but consistent color and brightness.
