The machine is designed for flexible production of various loose components. Parts are poured into the supply box, then moved through a linear vibration track to the flex feeder bowl. A spider robot picks parts based on top camera recognition. A bottom fly camera captures position and angle, then corrects placement before the part is loaded into the carrier tape. Finished reels are sealed and wound automatically.
