Equipment Process Flow Description:

1. Loose products to be packaged are poured into the supply hopper and conveyed via a linear vibratory track to the flexible vibration bowl's storage area.

2. Empty carrier tape is fed through the tape guide rail, driven forward by a sprocket wheel powered by the rail's tape feeding motor.

3. The spider hand identifies the product via the upper camera, then uses its suction nozzle to pick up the product.

4. The lower camera performs flying vision to read the product's displacement. After position correction, the spider hand places the product into the rail's filling position.

5. After filling, the tape is driven by the sprocket wheel to the finished product inspection position. Inspection results are displayed on the monitor, with defective products triggering an alarm.

6. After product filling, the tape is driven forward by the sprocket wheel. Simultaneously, the film feeding mechanism delivers sealing film to the sealing position for hot knife sealing.

7. The sealed carrier tape is taken up by the take-up motor.
