The machine is designed for micro film reel components. Parts are fed from a micro film reel through a flyer peeling mechanism onto a pickup platform. A turret with 8 stations rotates the part through positioning, bottom CCD inspection, empty pocket detection, and placement into carrier tape. Optional side camera can inspect flatness. Overlap sensor detects double parts and stops the machine. Ion fan removes static.
