The machine is designed for high-volume production of L-shaped nickel parts. Loose parts are loaded into the steel vibration bowl, then picked and placed by a PPU mechanism. 

Two vision cameras inspect each part for reverse orientation, empty pockets, and double nickel strips. 

Qualified parts are sealed into carrier tape and wound onto reels.
