The system operates through a synchronized, high-speed process:
Gentle Feeding: Parts are loaded into the high-speed imported vibration disc. The special surface treatment ensures parts are fed smoothly without scratching, even during extended production runs.
Part Singulation & Orientation: The vibratory bowl aligns and singulates parts, presenting them in the correct orientation for multi-angle inspection.
High-Speed Multi-Angle Imaging: As parts pass through the inspection area, the high-frequency industrial camera (500+ fps) captures multiple images with microsecond-level exposure. The system's design ensures all six sides are visualized.
Real-Time Image Processing: The high-speed processing module, utilizing circular queue caching and multi-threaded parallel processing, analyzes images instantly to identify surface defects (scratches, dents, contamination, discoloration, cracks).
Precise Rejection: Based on the analysis, the real-time control system (80MHz tracking) triggers millisecond-level high-frequency solenoid valves. These valves accurately blow defective parts into the corresponding reject bins while good parts continue to the accept chute.
Sorted Output: Accepted parts are collected in the "OK" bin, and different categories of defects are separated into respective bins for analysis or rework.
