Transform your packaging operation with our Automatic Weighing and Packing Machine. This advanced system integrates high-speed part counting, precision weighing capabilities, and automatic bagging into a single, seamless workflow. By automating the entire packaging process, you eliminate manual counting errors, reduce labor costs, and ensure every bag meets exact customer specifications. Whether you need to package by count or by weight, this versatile machine delivers consistent, professional results at production-line speeds.
Step 1: Setup
Operator sets the desired count quantity and bag length via the intuitive HMI touchscreen interface. A roll of packaging film is loaded into the machine.
Step 2: Material Loading
Bulk parts are poured into the machine's hopper. The vibratory feeder automatically begins aligning and feeding parts toward the counting sensors.
Step 3: Counting & Bag Formation
As parts are counted, the machine simultaneously draws film from the roll, forms it into a tube, and creates a bottom seal to form an open bag.
Step 4: Filling
When the preset count is achieved, the machine releases the batch of counted parts into the waiting bag.
Step 5: Sealing & Cutting
The filled bag is advanced, the top seal is created (which also forms the bottom seal for the next bag), and the bag is cut from the film roll.
Step 6: Collection
Finished, sealed bags are discharged onto a collection table or conveyor for final packing into cartons.
Hopper of Packing Machine
The large-capacity hopper serves as the material reservoir for continuous operation. It holds bulk parts (screws, fasteners, components) and feeds them steadily into the vibratory sorting system, minimizing downtime for reloading and ensuring uninterrupted production flow.

Touch Control Screen
The intuitive HMI (Human-Machine Interface) touch screen provides centralized control of all machine functions. Operators can easily set counting parameters, adjust bag size (150-450mm), monitor production speed, and access diagnostic information with simple taps, making operation user-friendly and efficient.
PE Film Packing Material
High-quality PE (Polyethylene) film is the packaging material used for bag forming. This heat-sealable material rolls smoothly through the machine, forming durable, professional bags that protect parts during storage and transport. Compatible with standard packaging films for versatile operation.

Q1: What is the difference between counting by weight and counting by piece?
A1: This machine counts by piece using high-speed optical sensors for maximum accuracy. Some models may also offer check-weighing functionality to verify that the bag weight matches the expected weight based on piece count, providing dual verification.
Q2: What does "positive error only" mean?
A2: "Positive error only" means the machine is calibrated to ensure it never delivers fewer parts than the programmed count. If an error occurs, it will always be on the side of giving slightly more parts (e.g., 101 pieces instead of 100), guaranteeing customer satisfaction and preventing shortages.
Q3: How accurate is the counting system?
A3: The counting system achieves an accuracy of 0.03%, which means 99.97% of bags will contain the exact programmed count. This level of precision eliminates customer complaints about missing parts.
Q4: What size bags can this machine produce?
A4: The machine can produce bags ranging from 150mm to 450mm in length, making it suitable for small to medium-sized orders of components.
Q5: How long does it take to change from one product to another?
A5: Changeover time is typically 15-30 minutes. This involves adjusting or changing the vibratory bowl tooling to accommodate the new part geometry and updating the count settings on the HMI.
Q6: What maintenance is required?
A6: Regular maintenance includes daily cleaning of the optical counting sensors, weekly inspection and cleaning of the sealing jaws, and periodic lubrication of moving parts as outlined in the user manual. The vibratory bowl should be kept clean to ensure consistent feeding.
Q7: Can this machine handle mixed parts?
A7: The machine is designed for homogeneous batches of identical parts. For mixed parts packaging, please consult with our technical team for customized solutions.

The machine is designed for micro film reel components. Parts are fed from a micro film reel through a flyer peeling mechanism onto a pickup platform. A turret with 8 stations rotates the part through positioning, bottom CCD inspection, empty pocket detection, and placement into carrier tape. Optional side camera can inspect flatness. Overlap sensor detects double parts and stops the machine. Ion fan removes static.
The machine is designed for flexible production of various loose components. Parts are poured into the supply box, then moved through a linear vibration track to the flex feeder bowl. A spider robot picks parts based on top camera recognition. A bottom fly camera captures position and angle, then corrects placement before the part is loaded into the carrier tape. Finished reels are sealed and wound automatically.
Optimize your flat component packaging with our fully automatic taping machine featuring micro-adhesive film feeding. Achieving speeds up to 14,000 PCS/hour with Keyence 500W vision inspection, this system handles multi-row stamped parts from 1×1mm to 10×44mm across 12–56mm carrier tapes.
The machine is designed for high-volume production of L-shaped nickel parts. Loose parts are loaded into the steel vibration bowl, then picked and placed by a PPU mechanism. Two vision cameras inspect each part for reverse orientation, empty pockets, and double nickel strips. Qualified parts are sealed into carrier tape and wound onto reels.
This advanced 3-in-1 solution integrates stamping, multi-camera CCD inspection (top, bottom, side), and automated packing with auto-refill. Featuring pick-and-place, rotary indexing, and real-time defect correction for high-precision tape packaging.
This integrated solution combines stamping, CCD inspection, and tape sealing into a single automated system, specifically designed for dual carrier tape applications. The equipment operates at an efficiency of 3,000 strokes per hour with a 10-ton stamping force, ensuring stable high-volume output. The process begins with steel strip feeding and stamping, followed by precise alignment of the stamped components into dual carrier tapes. An overhead CCD vision system inspects each cavity for correct placement and detects any overlapping products. Qualified carrier tapes proceed to the heat sealing station, where cover tape is precisely bonded, and finally wound onto reels. Supporting carrier tape widths from 8mm to 32mm, this solution offers a compact footprint and reliable performance for mass production environments.
The Double-Layer Inspection Machine is a high-precision automated system designed for inspecting carrier tapes used in SMT production. Equipped with a touchscreen HMI and through-beam sensor technology, it detects product thickness and records OK and NG quantities in real time. Compatible with carrier tape widths from 8mm to 88mm, this machine offers flexible and reliable quality control. With a theoretical speed of 3000 PCS per 4 minutes, it streamlines inspection processes and supports data logging per product model. Ideal for manufacturers seeking efficient, customizable inspection solutions for electronic components.
